Parquet flooring is considered one of the highest quality floor types available and this Cubano Oak variation is an extraordinary example. It boasts a super-impressive 20 year warranty, giving you complete reassurance.
The size of the packs provide exceptional value for money. There are a fantastic 60 planks in total, each measuring 80mm wide, 350mm long and 18mm thick. They also have a pretty good wear layer measuring 4mm. This means no matter how much wear and tear your family puts the floor through, it will still look as good as new for many years to come. Both left and right handed boards are included and they feature an incredible brushed matt lacquer finish.

If installing over a new plywood subfloor would it be acceptable to use 18 gauge flooring staples as opposed to glue down method with the 18mm parquet flooring?
Yes this is possible, i would suggest that the plywood should be a minium thickness of 15mm.

hi. is the Herringbone Parquet 18mm Cubano Oak Brushed Matt Lacquer Engineered suitable to be layed as a floating floor or does it need to be glued down?
i am installing over old wooden suspeded floor and concrete floor (kitchen wall taken down) which underlay would you recommend?

The first thing to do is make sure that both floors you are installing over are level, dry and clean. herringbone flooring can be installed both ways as long as the correct installation methods are used, please see the installation guide on each product page.
Pro Gold or Woodtex underlay would be the best option if this is the method used.

Hi, I've a base which is part existing floorboards, part screed (with a tolerance for floor and underlay of 20-22mm) and would be graeful to know if the flooring below is suitable plus what underlay would be required please?

The very first thing is to make sure that both sub floors are flat smooth and dry before any product can be fitted. As your floor is part concrete and part wood we would suggest that an underlay with a moisture barrier is used over the whole floor, our Pro Gold or Woodtex would both be suitable.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £34.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

This flooring is really, really good quality for the price. Looks way more expensive than it was. This is my first purchase but I would come back again if I needed more. The customers service was great when we had a few pre-purchase enquiries, the samples arrived quickly and I’m absolutely loving the lounge diner area which is where we fitted it.
