Excellent customer service. KJ responded promptly, was polite, friendly & very helpful. Delivery company came a day later than originally stated on the order & they did cause some damage, but customer services dealt with that to my satisfaction. Laid the floor myself, which was a lot easier than I expected & it looks great. I would rate my overall experience with FDF an definite 10/10.
