Jake was very helpful and ensured that I got my 10% discount even though the sale had just ended, as I had ordered my sample during the sale period. I do not know about the product yet, as it is still out of stock, but the sample appeared very good quality. I thought that £39 postage was a bit steep though.

Excellent service from start to finish. I realised after I submitted my order I had measured wrong, customer service were quick and friendly, my account was credited within a few days. Flooring was delivered on my specified date and was kept up to date by the friendly delivery men. Bit of a pain that the flooring can only be delivered kerb side but that is made clear before checking out. The flooring was a bargain and looks like I paid a lot more than I did! Its gone down nicely. Really happy with my purchase.

Excellent experience with this company. Ordered Luxury Vinyl Tiles samples for planning our new shower room and they arrived extremely quickly, well packaged and exceeding our expectations. The samples are large (unlike some received from other flooring companies) and really high quality, including the attached underlay. They are our favourite tiles from those we have seen due to the textured finish and natural looking appearance. Once we have a date to start work from our builder, we shall be back to order them. The price represents terrific value and we were very excited to’ find them after looking at so many others, which were mostly dull and unnatural looking by comparison,

Great customer service. We placed an order to be told the next day that it was out of stock and would take 4 weeks for the next delivery. We asked for a refund, which was done instantly. We placed an order for the same product, different colour. We were given updates every step of delivery. I strongly recommend this company and the product is top quality.
