We've only ordered samples and had them delivered very promptly. Purchasing online is always fraught with anxiety when you are looking for something you can't exactly get from the local suppliers. If the delivery is as good as the samples then I'll be more than happy. But, we will buy from this firm when we've made our choices. Quality seems good and the prices are competitive.

Delivered on time. this is my second order of flooring. the first had to wait until my fitter was free before laying. that was finished last week and looks great. this second order will have to wait my fitter again but going on the first living room floor will be lovely when done. Engineered wood at a sensible price and excellent quality.

After initial delivery problems with this order the Factory direct Flooring team went out of their way to resolve the issue. The delivery firm assigned to my order failed to deliver and were not very clear as to when I would receive my order. Adam at Factory direct Flooring called me and sorted out a special delivery for my flooring. I now have the goods and can get on with the job of lying the floor. Thank you for your efforts
