I don't normally write reviews but the quality of the customer service and of the product has inspired me! Phones were answered straight away and all queries effective resolved. We picked up the packages within a couple of hours of ordering and they were already ready. The floor itself was excellent quality and so easy to lay. Although the flooring we had order went out of stock and then the manufacturer stop producing it, Factory direct were very helpful with offering us and alternative or a refund, we opted for a refund and that was only down to not being able to find another flooring with them that was the colour we wanted. The refund was issued promptly. I would definitely look to buy from factory direct again in the future if we ever decide to replace our flooring as the service and communication was incredible. 1 month ago

Ordered some vinyl roll to replace a small bathroom floor, found it very affordable and easy to fit myself. Delivery arrived on the day as stated and had no issues. Would purchase from here again! 😁 7 months ago

Spent a lot of time researching, ordered and paid, after a day received an email to say not in stock, had to refund order before ordering a new product then unable to deliver on the day of original order,if a simple replacement had taken place they would have been able to honour delivery so had to cancel order, unable to speak to customer services either all after sales is via email, a whole sale lost rather than offering a replacement for the agreed date, shame as the flooring was affordable and appeared to be good quality 7 months ago

I ordered the wrong flooring from fdf, which they were very helpful in finding a new supplier to supply the type of flooring I needed in the timescale I required. On returning the product they made payment promptly. The product I did receive was of good quality and would definitely recommend using fdf. Very helpful staff and will be using them again. I found the ordering process simple, and it is good that the site auto calculates the waste percentage to the order. I placed 2 separate orders of the same product, due to a last minute change of plan, which slightly complicated the delivery process, however the online support for this was very good and they merged the 2 orders into 1 delivery and reimbursed us the second delivery charge. We haven't started laying the product yet, but the process and service so far has been very good, thank you. 8 months ago

THe delivery driver was really helpful and left the product by my car ready for me to load it in. I over ordered some insulating floor covering for under the laminate flooring, and it was easy to return and be refunded. Happy with the overall experience and love the flooring now its down too. 9 months ago
