Restrictions to online orders

• Due to many people spending more time at home, we continue to experience unprecedented demand resulting in some minor shipping delays
• Next day delivery is currently unavailable and in-stock products are being shipped within 2-5 days
• Our new warehouse in Nuneaton continues to operate with our full team who are working strictly within all government social distancing guidelines
• A small number of products that are not in-stock within our Warehouse and are subject to a shipping delay, are marked clearly with a 'Stock Delay' label

• Free Samples continue to be shipped first class as normal.

All of our showroom, customer support are warehouse team are working with PPE at all times.
