The packs come with eight planks, measuring 190mm wide, 1900mm long and 14mm thick. There are also starter boards included, aiming to aid in installation. Installing the floor is simple thanks to its tongue and groove system. You can either use this to create a floating floor installation, or you can secure it down with adhesive. A 3mm wear layer, as well as the matt lacquer surface, protects the floor from general wear and tear. You can also improve its comfort by installing it with underfloor heating.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £34.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.

What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Bought this after viewing a sample that was sent out very quickly. Very happy with floor, cost was very reasonable when compared to other retailers such as Direct Flooring, quality also very good. Only hiccup was delivery - did not arrive on designated day but on day after, firm refunded full delivery cost - great customer service.
