We know how important a flooring purchase can be, which is why we pride ourselves on providing a quick and professional delivery service to all our customers.
When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you'll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can't ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.

What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made 'kerb side' and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.
The delivery of the material arrived on the date expected. The planks in the boxes were similar to the sample with the expected variation in colour and knotting as seen on the website. I found it easy to lay the planks, following the guide downloaded from the company's website. A detailed guide was also included in one of the boxes, The floor looks very good and is well suited to the through lounge.

Deliverd as per order, on time and as agreed. Floors now laid and look great. Had some packs left and returned to the factory. Refund was completed in hours. Highly recommend the company

I have received 40m of Rustic Oak flooring - I ordered Fyfield Oak. I was not happy about the delivery of this flooring. The driver pulled the pallet truck into our motorhome, putting a hole in the £200 cover. At present it does not appear to have damaged the body of our motorhome, but this will be more obvious when we take it out for a drive after fitting the floor. The flooring was fine although some boards were slightly bent, but these stayed in place when the tongue and groove was slotted together

The Oak flooring is very good with few knots in the wood. The colour matches what we have down already so will mix in well.

This is now down with no great drama and has produced the effect we wanted. The only negatives are that we didn't expect so many half length boards which we haven't used as we had planned where the joints would appear without taking those into account. Secondly, we have been left with a whole roll of underlay as a rsult of trusting the sites automatic calculator. Would also have been useful to have more detailed maintenance advice. One other problem caused by my stupidity was that the boards are wider than my chop saw so required a double cut but have given an excuse for the purchase of new chop saw! With the left overs, simple solution is to do another room - but for that my wife and cat will have to move out for a few days 'cos laying a floor around them was not fun. Overall, maybe should have given 5 stars 'cos it does look great and went down well
