We ordered Embrace Herringbone Woodloand oak 14mm after looking at many samples. Initially a bit challenging to lay but ok once we got the knack. We did the whole of the ground floor, looks stunning , it looks Like real wood. We over ordered and had to return 18 boxes. The returns process was quick and efficient. We used Surrey pallitz for the returns which was quick and cost effective. And Factory direct was quick with our refund. Happy with the product and service.
