The warranty covers any manufacturing defects and the wear layer wearing away from foot traffic / normal use within the set period.
This type of product is not recommended for areas with excessive light without blinds or a UV film over the glass to help reduce the impact of the sunlight, or areas where it would be exposed to direct sunlight as mentioned in the installation guide.
The warranty will also not cover issues linked to installation such as expansion etc.
PLEASE NOTE
All flooring will CHIP, DENT and SCRATCH unless
care is taken to PROTECT it, FELT PADS should be
used on all moveable furniture. Matting at room
entrances will greatly reduce grit and dirt from being
transferred onto your flooring.
Liability for the installation remains with the installer
following the fitting instructions and guides supplied
and ensuring that the product and area are both
suitable to be installed.
Prevent the flooring form coming into contact with a
large amount of water, or from being submerged as
the click connection is not waterproof.
Conservatories and rooms with excessive light should
be avoided unless protection screens are used, this
can be glass protection or blinds.
Always inspect materials for faults or damage as no
claims on surface defects can be accepted after installation.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you'll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can't ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £39.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made 'kerb side' and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.
