Terms & Conditions of Entry to Factory Direct Flooring Ltd UGC competition

1. The Factory Direct Flooring competition will run from the 14/08/2024 until 14/10/2024 at 11:59pm. 
2. The promoter is: Factory Direct Flooring Ltd who are registered at 1 Finch Way, Hemdale Industrial Park, Nuneaton, CV11 6TQ.
3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Factory Direct Flooring Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6. Entrants must only enter in their own name and the promoter reserves the right to request proof. If no suitable proof is provided, the winner will forfeit the prize. 
7. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Factory Direct Flooring’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. 
8. Closing date for entry will be 14/10/2024 at 11.59pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be counted.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Entrants must upload their image/ video of FDF in their home on either Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, tag Factory Direct Flooring and include the hashtag #LoveMyFDF in the caption. 
11. The entrant agrees that their image/ video submitted to the competition using the hashtag #LoveMyFDF is free to use by Factory Direct Flooring and StrategiQ Marketing’s marketing materials, including Social Media, Paid Media, Website, Email Marketing and PR during and after the competition. 
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
13. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
14. The prize will be a £250 John Lewis & Partners voucher. The prize is as stated here and no other alternatives will be offered.
15. The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability. Factory Direct Flooring Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
16. One winner will be chosen at random by Wheel of Names, from all entries received and verified by Promoter on 15/10/2024.
17. The winner will be notified via email by the business owner within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner can not be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
20. The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
21. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
