Terms & conditions of entry to Factory Direct Flooring Euro’s Competition 

Please be aware of any spam/ fake competition accounts.

1. The promoter is: Factory Direct Flooring Ltd who are registered at 1 Finch Way, Hemdale Industrial Park, Nuneaton, CV11 6TQ
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Factory Direct Flooring Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via email received, Instagram or Facebook. 
5. Closing date for entry will be Wednesday 26th June at 11.59pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be counted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Entrants must follow the link from Email received, Instagram or Facebook. Entrants must subscribe to Factory Direct Flooring’s newsletters by submitting their first name, last name and email address. Entrants must pick 1 of the 24 teams that are in the Euro’s group stages outlined on the page which they think will win the Euro’s.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The prize will be an M&S voucher for the value of £200. The prize is as stated here and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
11. The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability. Factory Direct Flooring Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
12. The prize will be delivered to one UK mainland or Eire address.
13. One winner will be chosen at random, from all entries who have selected the winning team from the Euros and are subscribed to Factory Direct Flooring’s newsletter at the time of the draw and verified by Promoter on Monday 15th July.
14. The winner will be notified via email from Factory Direct Flooring’s business owner, Paul Hambridge, within 3 days of the closing date. If the winner can not be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
18. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Email Service Provider, M&S or any other Social Network or company.
