Terms & conditions of entry to Factory Direct Flooring Ltd Win Your Floor Back Promotion

1. The promoter is: Factory Direct Flooring Ltd who is registered at 1 Finch Way, Hemdale Industrial Park, Nuneaton, CV11 6TQ.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Factory Direct Flooring Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the website and Instagram.
5. Closing date for entry will be 23:59 BST on Tuesday 11th October 2022. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be counted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
   a) Entrants must make a purchase from the Promoter between Tuesday 4th October 2022 and Tuesday 11th October 2022.
   b) Minimum order of £150 must be placed in one transaction.
   c) The prize will be a monetary refund of the winning entrant’s floor order, up to the value of £1,000. If the value of the winning order is less than £1,000 then this will be refunded in full.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The winning entrant will be refunded through their original means of payment within 14 days of being notified.
11. One winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Promoter on Tuesday 11th October 2022.
12. The winner will be notified by their email address given upon placing their flooring order within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner can not be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
15. The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
16. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

18. This competition cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
