Benefitting from a brilliant lightweight design, not only does this underlay protect the stability of your new floor, it also helps to keep the tiles in place during installation. The underlay is supplied in rolls measuring 10m long, 1000mm wide and 1.5mm thick. There are a lot of different types of underlay available and this one is designed with sound reduction in mind. Capable of reducing sound by up to 15db, it’s the perfect choice for high-traffic areas and upper floor apartments. Constructed from H-EVA foam, it offers excellent thermal and sound insulation and can be installed over wooden and concrete subfloors.

We know how important a flooring purchase can be, which is why we pride ourselves on providing a quick and professional delivery service to all our customers.
When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you'll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can't ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £24.99 for vinyl rolls and £39.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made 'kerb side' and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

excellent customer service when an order was submitted online and it was identified by staff that the wrong underlay had been chosen. Received a call the day after order submitted to explain, and the whole order (with correct d=underlay) wad delivered within a couple of days and on the date specified during the ordering process. Very pleased with the quality and ease of fitting. No breakages during fitting, looks high end quality. would recommend this company and use them again.

Easy to lay and provides just enough cushioning under click flooring without being too thick (only 1.5mm). Good value for money. Remember to lay with black side up.

Good product and easy to lay.
Purchased to underlay our click LVT. Does exactly as described and added an extra layer of protection and warmth. Flooring lays nicely and doesn't slide on the underlay. Could possibly be a bit cheaper but no issues with the quality.
Had to look online to find out which way up you lay it but floor is warm to the foot and looks great

Used with the Aqua plank vinyl flooring. Laid over floorboards in an upstairs bathroom and it does help reduce the noise when someone walks in to / uses the bathroom. Plenty on the role to do the job.
