Hi,
We bought this flooring for our hallway one year ago and are absolutely delighted with it and want to order more for our kitchen.
I'm certain the Prestige Oak Grey listed here is the same but can you confirm it is please.
My previous order stated SKU 62832-FC54.
Also, we are not yet ready to order/lay the flooring. Will you still be stocking it in around 2 to 3 months time?

Yes this is the same product as your previous order - we do currently have stock and it is currently available on our website but I wouldn't be able to say 100% that the stock will still be available in the coming months.

Can this be used in a bathroom?
Hi,
We do not recommend that you use laminate products in a bathroom unless they are waterproof. All of our waterproof products are under the waterproof section on the website.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Quality of flooring was very good. Arrived on time and even got a phone call to say the driver was an hour away. If I was to say 1 bad point it would be the delivery price. I choose standard delivery 5— 7 days (as it was the cheapest one) and it was an extortionate £29.99!

What beautiful flooring this is! Delivery was super quick and the delivery was very much contactless, this flooring is super thick, the v-groove Gives it the best finish, would definitely buy again super cheap for the best quality flooring!

Having fitted the laminate flooring, I was pleased with the quality and ease of laying down. I've laid down other rooms in the past with products from nationwide DIY chains which looked good, were priced good... but often chipped at the seams or felt like the click seal wasn't that strong. This flooring appeared to go down without any issues at all in quality. I was also pleasantly surprised with the speed of delivery, ordered and delivered within the same working week, thanks all :-).
