The elegant, dusky Prestige Oak Grey 7mm V-Groove click laminate flooring is a superb choice for the home or business. Class 31 classified, it’s ideal for heavy domestic use and is guaranteed to withstand daily wear and tear. You can even install it with underfloor heating, enhancing the comfort of the floor in those colder months.
With each pack, you’ll find 9 planks, capable of covering an area up to 2.397m2. They measure 1380mm long, 193mm wide and 7mm thick. It is this thicker than average design which helps to give the floor its 15-year guarantee. Keep in mind that although the floor can be installed with underfloor heating, you should double check your system is suitable by referring to the manufacturer guidelines. The planks are fitted with a click system, ensuring each slot perfectly into place to create a tight, professional looking finish.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Lovely flooring, looks great and good quality for the price. Took off one star because the delivery was atrocious - took day off work to wait in for it, the courier company did not deliver and were unreachable by phone, even when I tried the following day. It eventually turned up but driver dumped the pallet on the side of the road and started getting back in his van before I could sign the delivery note/report defect. Very annoying as one pack was damaged and I'd lost the right to request refund due to delivery driver but luckily we worked our way around it by using the damaged planks as offcuts. Ended up paying a little bit more and buying from B&Q for the next room which was a lot less faff and slightly better quality. Worth ordering if you want to change floor for low cost and are happy to wait around/deal with very unhelpful delivery company.

Alert alert alert !!!! The actual laminate flooring is very good - HOWEVER THE SERVICE AND DELIVERY IS POOR. Unless your picking this up please do not order from these cowboys. As I think it was delivered by one of there horses.

The flooring is one of the best I have ever fitted but the delivery was shocking just dumped outside the shop and I ask the drive if he could move it I got no so I had to carry it over 75 metres to my door

Had this flooring delivered. From start to finish the process went smoothly from ordering to delivery. My flooring has now been laid and I’m super pleased with my purchase it looks amazing. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again to do the rest of my home.

The flooring is great and looks lovely. I just took one star off because of the delivery 'policy'... It wasn't until after I'd paid that someone called and explained that the courier won't bring the product into my home. If I wanted to arrange a Saturday (when husband is off work) it would have cost an extra £40 (so £70 for delivery alone!!). I was 34 weeks pregnant and live upstairs. They told me the courier would phone me when they're on the way , so I thought I could call someone to come and help. They called me when they were outside my property! The man showed absolutely no concern that he just left a huge pile of flooring on a big pallet wrapped in plastic and tied down for a heavily pregnant lady to open and carry into the house and up the stairs. I understand there are policies and reasons for them, but what stopped him from opening the pallet for me and maybe even passing the flooring packs to me one at a time for me to take inside??? And if they had called me with a bit of notice I could have arranged some help! It's lucky I'm a fitness instructor and managed to do it all myself, but even I struggled with it so god help any other poor people with disabilities or who are pregnant or simply not very strong! The product itself though really is great, and I did appreciate them calling to try and arrange a delivery date to suit.

fits together nicely and looks good but you may want to tell your German suppliers to protect the ends of the boards rather better. There was a lot of cracking of the ends.
A great and economical purchase . The delivery team were very appreciative on my predicament and let me know in advance when the delivery was being made, as the place was empty and under refurbishment.
