We know how important a flooring purchase can be, which is why we pride ourselves on providing a quick and professional delivery service to all our customers.
When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you'll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can't ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £39.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made 'kerb side' and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Flooring was so easy even as a novice to put down and easy to cut with a fine saw. Beading makes the job look professionally finished and everyone mentioned how nice it looked. Much better prices than anywhere else and excellent quality.

Easy to install, feels soft enough under foot especially when combined with the underlay. Seems hard wearing enough and cannot complain for the price, customer service and delivery speed

Lovely stuff. Wish my walls were straight. Got laminate cutter piece for my jig-saw and it cuts easily and cleanly. Certainly does not damage readily. Funny, doesn't say Prestige on the packets, says Swiss Kronotex, but made in Germany, 20yr domestic guarantee. All good.

Gorgeous! I decided to replace the old and boring carpet in my bedroom with laminate flooring. Was a bit skeptical ordering something major like this online but, after receiving the colour sample I was absolutely certain this was the floor I wanted. Customer service is excellent, got a phone call to arrange delivery within five minutes of placing my order. The floor itself is wonderful, great quality a (have installed new furniture throughout the bedroom and not a single scratch!), and a delight to walk on (even bare foot!). Would highly recommend.
