Terms & Conditions of entry to Factory Direct Flooring LTD Herringbone LVT Instagram Giveaway

1. The promoter is: Factory Direct Flooring Ltd who are registered at 1 Finch Way, Hemdale Industrial Park, Nuneaton, CV11 6TQ
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Factory Direct Flooring Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Instagram.
5. Closing date for entry will be Wednesday 8th November at 11.59pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be counted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
• Entrants must like the Giveaway Instagram post.
• Entrants must follow @FactoryDirectFlooring on Instagram.
• Entrants can tag as many friends as they would like in the comments of said post.
• Entrants must also comment 1, 2, 3, or 4 to show which flooring you'd like to win.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The prize will be selected by the winner from FDF’s website from FDF’s new Herringbone LVT Chic range. The winner must provide the dimensions of the flooring they wish to lay. This may be more than one room and should be based on the m2. The prize will include 10% wastage (recommended) within the total prize value. We are offering £500 free flooring as close as the nearest pack will allow and should be up to the customer to allow our offering. The prize is as stated here and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
11. The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability. Factory Direct Flooring Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
12. One of the 4 following floorings must be selected by the winner: Chic Parquet Dry Back Herringbone Outland, Chic Parquet Dry Back Herringbone Rural, Chic Parquet Dry Back Herringbone Signature or Chic Parquet Dry Back Herringbone Gallant. Based on availability.
13. The prize will be delivered to one UK mainland or Eire address, on an agreed date - free of charge to the winner. We will deliver to non-mainland UK destinations with an additional surcharge - more information can be found here: https://www.factory-direct-flooring.co.uk/delivery. Should the winner cancel or need to rearrange the delivery for any reason - redelivery can be arranged at the expense of the winner or collect the product from Factory Direct Flooring Ltd Warehouse address if they would prefer: 1 Finch Way, Hemdale Industrial Park, Nuneaton, CV11 6TQ
14. One winner will be chosen at random by Instagram Comment Picker, from all entries received and verified by Promoter on Thursday 9th November.
15. The winner will be notified via Instagram DM from @factorydirectflooring account within 3 days of the closing date. If the winner can not be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
19. The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
