Hello, We would advise with the herringbone that it is glued down, and fully adhered to the subfloor, which allows little to no movement.

This is a tongue & Groove product not a click. You can install this over under floor heating - there is a link to the installation guide on the product page that gives advice on installing over under floor heating.

We know how important a flooring purchase can be, which is why we pride ourselves on providing a quick and professional delivery service to all our customers.
When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you'll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can't ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £39.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made 'kerb side' and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.
Great product, bad service... no time for delivery on the day supposed to call an hour before, no call until they were at the house and my wife was picking up our daughter from school. Then wouldn’t redeliver unless we paid another £30.00 delivery. Again no clear timescale on redelivery, you literally have to stay in the house all day. When we called to speak to them about it, we received a very cold and clever response which was uncalled for.

Beautiful flooring amazing quality. I sent off for samples from a number of companies including Ted Todd. The quality, appearance and value for money of this flooring outshone them all. So pleased with my purchase
Product looks great. There is a fair amount of waste owing to how it needs to be laid. Delivery was problematic as the carrier used was not willing to deliver to our property and so it had to be rearranged a couple of times.
We are extremely satisfied with our purchase. The product is a lighter shade than the samples that we received but they look amazing. We would appreciate a few spare planks in case of damage please - it would be good if you sold them in smaller packs as we don't have any spares. Thanks, Ruth
