Hi,
You don't normally use an underlay with sheet vinyl no, but if you are installing onto wooden floorboards, you would normally put a hardboard / ply down first over the floorboards and then install the vinyl on top.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you'll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can't ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made 'kerb side' and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.
Really nice vinyl. It is ticker than the one we had in our kitchen previously. Just be careful of sizing, I wish I got bigger size so the herringbone points towards the door not the wall. All in all beautiful floor for very cheap price. Would buy here again

Flooring is a lovely pattern. We had a bit of a disaster fitting it, I wouldn't recommend fitting it yourself. We have previously fit a bathroom flooring and thought this would be okay to do ourselves. It is super thick which made it so heavy to move. Unfortunately moving the furniture back we put multiple rips and scuffs in it so it already looks like it needs replacing.

Pictures do not do this justice. The flooring looks very premium and from a short distance looks like luxury laminate. A little tough to lay due to the thickness, but worth it as it is soft under foot and just adds to the premium feel. Brief interaction on the phone regarding my order as I didn’t get a confirmation of delivery but the gent was very helpful and got a “family” type feel.
