Can this product be used without expansion and underlay?
If not, what type of underlay is recommended?
Laminate flooring will need to be installed as a floating floor which would require an underlay. we offer all different types of underlay for different sub floors including concrete, wooden and underfloor heating. please contact us on 0330 100 0015 and we can advise you on individual installations.

Laminate flooring can be used on stairs but you would need to install a nosing on each step, these are not available for every colour range of laminate floors we offer.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you'll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can't ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made 'kerb side' and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Excellent quality wood flooring at a very reasonable price, I sent off a sample to see if it was a quality product it was quick to arrive, ordered 12 packs of wood flooring there also had a discount promotion on at the time which saved me a little of money too. Also very easy to fit. Great company definitely buy again from these.

After looking at all the reviews and giving it a great deal of thought, I decided to order this flooring for my daughter's bedroom. I was being slightly hesitant due to the 'cheap' cost and the 8mm depth etc. (originally I was after engineered oak flooring as I have this downstairs all through). Delivery arrived a day late, although I did get a call notifying me the day before. I ordered 15 boxes which arrived on a pallet, 3 boxes were slightly damaged on one end. I didn't complain as my son, who is a carpenter, laid the flooring using the damaged pieces as they needed to be cut. Floor looks amazing, I'm very happy with the quality (for the price). My son was very happy with the quality too. It does look quite greyish white (as per some reviews) so if you want white/white do not order this. I have since ordered more of the same and we are going to do all the upstairs and upstairs hallway. The only downside is I've paid two delivery charges, but I didn't want to commit initially if the quality was very poor. Second delivery, a day late again (phone call as before with excuses), delivered in perfect condition though. Overall, I'm extremely happy. Would definitely recommend, description of colour needs to be clearer but I was happy for the greyish look.

I love this. Its everything I wanted. It goes down easy, I did this on my own and it looks amazing. Its made my room look very classy and regal with is what I was going for on a small budget. Fantastic price for such a huge space. I will be buying from here again.

Looks very good, as expected, but a little annoyed as all boxes had some damaged pieces but was resolved within a week with replacement.
