Does this flooring require any underlay?
Hi,
Yes you do need to use an underlay with laminate flooring.
If you are installing onto a wooden subfloor then you can use fibre board or just a normal foam underlay like our budget underlay.
If installing onto concrete subfloors, you will need an underlay with a vapour / moisture barrier in like our pro gold or woodtex underlay.

We know how important a flooring purchase can be, which is why we pride ourselves on providing a quick and professional delivery service to all our customers.
When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Nice flooring but most packs were faulty. Pretty much every piece had faults with the locking system. The corners were very thin and when you try to clip the next piece down as instructions show, the corner would snap off the other piece that was already fitted. Had the same make floor but in other colour previously and that wad brilliant

Flooring looks really good, but two whole boxes were delivered damaged corners of flooring missing, just left curbside on pallet in the dark, so could not complain to driver. Would be nice to have a refund for two damaged boxes.

Beautiful flooring. Looks amazing down. Could be a little thicker for better quality but very happy with it so far. Down about 2 weeks and looks gorgeous. Where the wood connect isn’t all covered with paint so the joiner warned us to not let water lie in the groove.

This wood Laminate is absolutely beautiful. It’s Excellent quality for the unbelievable price. I loved the colour so much and the quality I ordered more and did my whole 2bed bungalow apart from the bathroom. Very happy delivery guy. He was very careful when he delivered the pallet.
