With its beautiful luxurious design, the Cosystep Lagos 909M cushion vinyl floor is great for those seeking a unique flooring option. Benefitting from a mosaic pattern design, the floor replicates real stone tiles perfectly. However, unlike tiles, this vinyl floor is both warm and comfortable underfoot. With an R10 slip resistance rating, it’s also a safe flooring solution for the bathroom or kitchen.
The rolls supplied are available in 2m-4m widths and will cover up to 20m in length. At 2.7mm thick, the floor is a lot more cushioned than most vinyl floors. It also features a built-in 0.25mm wear layer for added surface protection. This range is compatible with the majority of underfloor heating systems though it’s worth checking manufacturer guidelines before installation.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Super delivery service. However,the flooring was damaged, a tear in the vinyl meant some creative cutting on our part. We will need to be replace it at some point too as we couldn't make the patten quite match up. The parts down look great and the vinyl good quality.

This cushion vinyl flooring looks lovely in my new kitchen, it is lovely to walk on as well. Looks expensive and really wasn’t, so happy with it. Delivered on time and very efficiently. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely buy from here again.

Delighted with the Cosystep Lagos 909M cushion vinyl flooring. The blue and grey compliments the grey furniture in the bathroom beautifully. Service has been fantastic- speedy delivery too. Would recommend and will definitely use again soon for the ensuite shower room.

Flooring is great. However it arrived damaged. Customer service is appalling. Please make sure you check the flooring before you have allowed the delivery driver to leave otherwise you will have weeks of frustrating email contacts ahead of you. Judging by Trust Pilot this seems to be a common theme. Great if all goes to plan, terrible when it doesn't. I won't buy from them again.
