With its beautiful rustic design, it’s difficult to tell this Aqua Plank Ultra Oslo Oak 5G click vinyl flooring isn’t created with real wood. The manufacturer has made use of a registered embossed surface complete with urethane coating to produce a striking realistic effect with enhanced durability. This is one of the most durable luxury vinyl floors available, highly resistant against scratches and daily wear and tear.
Sold in packs of eight planks, they measure 4.5mm deep with a 0.55mm wear layer, 180mm wide and 1220mm long. Suitable to be used with underfloor heating, you should find this floor really easy to install thanks to its 5G click system. Every plank has also been water treated to ensure it can be installed even in high-moisture environments. It features a stone plastic composite for great stability, and the ceramic particles included on its surface adds excellent slip resistance.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

this is an excellent product - easy to lay, looks the part and seems to absorb vibration and comfortable to walk on barefoot and does not stain. Really easy to cut - but obvs tricky as all the others for intricate area. Well engineered product.

The flooring is ok but the delivery time is extraordinary, it took so long that I expected a worn out delivery driver to tell me he carried it on his back and walked from china.

This review is based on several areas which I will include tips and any issues. Ordering samples was easy and communication was good: 5 stars. Delivery was prompt and came on a pallet which is a drive drop:5 stars. Check all boxes asap. We had a box that had been sellotaped back together so the LVT had a chip on one corner. This was not an issue to me as we could hide this section under kitchen units:3 stars. LVT was very easy to cut and went together very well.5 stars. overall I am pleased and it would have been 5 stars if one bo was not damaged. I would buy again from this company.

Good flooring for price. Vinyl won't swell with water in hallway. Easy to put down, cut with jigsaw.

The flooring was easy to lay and cut to size and already feels much warmer underfoot than the splashproof laminate we had previously. It has been easy to clean so far but the real test of that will be muddy dogs paw prints in wintertime! I am very happy with the purchase
