You’ll find 8 planks included in each pack and we do have discounted bulk packs available. The 1-strip effect vinyl planks measure 180mm wide, 1220mm long and 4mm thick. There is a 0.30mm wear layer for protection against scuffs and scratches. As the floor is waterproof, it can be installed in the bathroom or ensuite. You can also enhance its comfort by installing it with a compatible underfloor heating system. You’ll find it simple to install thanks to the click system. Just click and drop the planks into place for a tight, secure fit.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Excellent product, really pleased with final result. So pleased I bought the same flooring for an adjacent room. Also the guys at Factory Direct Flooring were extremely helpful, and deliveries arrived on time on both occasions. One item arrived slightly damaged (courier I suspect), but no quibble, it was replaced and arrived with 48 hours as promised. Highly recommended.

Easy to order online, and ten packs of LVT arrived on the day requested. Unfortunately, one pack was slightly damaged by the courier but e-mailed images as requested, and a replacement pack arrived within 48 hours.....no quibble. Spoke to the team on a couple of occasions and they were very helpful and courteous. Excellent customer service and great product.

Was initially so happy with the way this looked however quite a few pieces were damaged meaning we couldn’t finish the flooring without reordeing more and paying the expensive delivery costs. Some parts have lifted in a weird way over the past few weeks. Wouldn’t recommended

This was my 2nd choice but my first choice was out of stock and because of all the delivery problems at the time I went for this flooring. I wish I had waited for the other to be in stock. I chose a light colour so I expected it to need cleaning more often but this is impossible! The grain is so deep that in higher traffic areas it permanently looks dirty even when just cleaned. It also looks cheap (I realise it was cheaper than most) and sounds cheap underfoot. It was easy to lay, although the lock fit ends took a bit of practice to get right. It is also not at all slippery and it was only these points that made me give it 3 stars.

Great, layed extremely well , used a fibre wood underlay as bathroom floor was slightly uneven.however one pack arrived damaged &two planks were chipped at the end, but as l had enough to finish job it wasn’t a problem.
