Ask a question
Our experts will answer it
Hi, I have different types of floor i.e. old tiles. Can I intalled Aqua Plank Antique Oak Herringbone Click Vinyl directly on old tiles (old tiles are in good condition)? And what about on wooden floor? Do I need some underlay? On wooden floor some planks are loosen.
This product has a built in underlay on the planks - if installing on to a wooden subfloor that has loose planks - these will need to be fixed down first.
The subfloor should always be solid, smooth and flat before you install on top. Below is a link to the installation guide.
