When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

The quality of the product is great. I laid a little over 30m and did not reject a single piece of flooring. The suggestion of 10% wastage that is suggested when ordering I think is for the 'hamfisted'. The wood is good quality, and my total off-cuts fitted into the two empty adhesive containers. No 1% waste. Highly recommend this product.

2nd purchase of Tintern oak, I liked it so much in the hall and dining room, I decided to have it laid in the sitting room instead of the carpet I had planned to have fitted.. very pleased with it. It was easy to order, delivery was quick and efficient. Happy to recommend this company, I have been really pleased with the service.

The ordering process was easy, delivery was quick and efficient, packaged well. so no damage. The flooring has now been laid in the hall and looks lovely, I’m looking forward to seeing the dining room completed. I am so pleased that I used this company and would certainly use again. Good quality throughout. Goes down great. 90mm may mean more work to lay but the effect of the narrower plank is far better

Flooring arrived on time. Have only opened 1 pack so far but appears to be just what I expected and matches my existing oak flooring exactly. I had a couple of questions before ordering and when I called regarding them was very impressed with customer service.
Fantastic product- fantastic service. Ordered online, delivered within days. Factory Direct Flooring contacted me upon order- to confirm delivery details, so we knew when to expect this. Product was easy to fit, and looks amazing. Would recommend.
Having laid solid oak floors in the past the quality of this one is very good and I would not hesitate in recommending it. There were fewer knotted and filled pieces than expected but please order a box or two extra so you can pick your pieces. The finish is super and overall a very good result. Service was excellent and please allow about a week between order and delivery if you live in Scotland.
