Fairy Tale Home, Reimagined - Transcript

Once upon a time, there was a magical kingdom filled with forests, hills and little hamlets. People and animals lived side by side in harmony. But, not everyone was good, and the forests were blighted by wicked creatures. The kingdom dwellers lived in homes of all shapes and sizes, from hilltop castles to cottages buried deep in the woodlands. That’s where our journey begins…

Little Red Riding Hood

‘It is beyond that mill you see there, at the first house in the village.’

Further through the trees we stroll, ‘til we reach a tower, 100ft tall…

Rapunzel’s Tower, Somewhere in Bavaria, Germany

Rapunzel

‘The enchantress shut her into a tower, which lay in a forest, and had neither stairs nor door, but quite at the top was a little window.’

Out into the village, we roam, towards a pleasant family home…

Three Bears’ House, A Woodland Near You, England

Goldilocks & The Three Bears

‘This porridge is too hot! This porridge is too cold! This porridge is just right.’

In the distance, on a hill, stands a castle, grand and still…

Cinderella’s Castle, A Place Near Paris, France

Cinderella

‘When she had done her work, she used to go into the chimney-corner and sit down among cinders and ashes.’

We’ve come to the end of our journey through the woods, the village and into the hills. Whatever your favourite fairy tale home, we hope you live happily ever after.
