When installing solid or real wood flooring the installation methods can often be quite labour intensive and more time raises the cost of the fitter’s service. This pre-glued underlay is designed with a high tack adhesive the real wood flooring is set in to, several rows can be finished at the same time improving the installation speed by up to 60 %. Make sure to watch the video on how the underlay and flooring go together. This underlay is suitable for wooden sub floor types if you need to install over a concrete or mineral based sub floor either select the pre-glued option with DPM Plus or add a separate DPM sheet. Yes as long as the concrete is dry and free of moisture.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

First time using this product and it was really easy to get used to . As long as your careful when you start off it pulls back in one piece , board by board . I would used this product again

Once you have managed to get the first few rows of boards in place very important these are square. After this take your time and rest are much easier. First time used this underlay but was very impressed would use again

I have had solid wooden floor in previous homes but this is the first time I’ve opted for this type of underlay. I love it, it’s given me a quiet floor (no creeks) with the reassurance that it can be taken up if required. The drawback is that most tradesmen prefer to glue or nail solid floor because it’s easier.

Not as easy to use in a room that is an odd shape. The removed layer can also be tricky to deal with. It is probably better than glue.

This was the first time we had used this type of underlay - and once you have got the knack, it is VERY easy and straightforward. It really should come with instructions for use - or a link to a Youtube video, showing how it should be used. It wasn't until we were half way through laying the flooring, that we watched a second video, which showed a much better way of laying the flooring. So - Excellent product - but needs more guidance with instructions for use.
