Hi I’m looking at this flooring but we are going to instal electric under floor heating, in the guide it states it’s only recommended for water based underfloor heating?
Hi,
Yes the water systems are recommended but you can install over the electric ones, providing you use a suitable underlay and the surface temperature does not exceed 28 degrees. They heating system should be fully commissioned before you install the flooring on top.

One of the reasons we have mainly UV oiled products on our website is because they are much more robust than normal flooring oils. Maintaining these products is very easy and you do not need a professional finisher.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Really good quality and because it is engineered it doesnt move once it is laid. Delivery was quick and easy even in these challenging times. Will definately use them again.

I’ve not installed my flooring yet but it looks good and arrived on time thought it was expensive to get delivered I was glad I was sat down when I placed my order.... lol

We were very happy with this product. In over 30sqm of wood, there were only four or five pieces that were unusable (slightly warped). Our fitters found the flooring very easy to work with, and the finished floor looks excellent.
looks great when down. some minor trouble with a few boards a different width. overall, I'm very pleased with it, especially the price.
