When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you'll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can't ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.

What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made 'kerb side' and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.
Excellent quality vinyl, tough as nails yet very attractive. This floor was fitted throughout the house that I moved into and I took an age to work out what it was and where to buy it. It is extremely hard wearing, commercial-level flooring. The reason I wouldn’t settle for anything else is that the texture of the surface is very wood-like. It’s so convincingly wood-like that when the light shines onto it, the eye is fooled. I couldn’t find anything else for under £27/m that looked half as good. The previous occupants had stained and wrecked the floors, but with normal domestic use, this Toughtex will last for many years. The hammer oak is perfect for my colour scheme of brown wood furniture. This stuff is vastly superior to LVT which I have lived with for over a decade, in two previous brands and properties. As a roll of vinyl, there will be no edges of planks cracking and breaking off, and the floors are completely waterproof. This surface will continue to look good as opposed to LVT which I will not go back to. The wear layer is tough and durable and took furniture scraping as well as a washing machine, fridge and cooker being dragged around on it. It hasn’t budged or scratched, it is fabulous. The value for money is literally the best available on the market. Hands down. I refuse to use anything else. It’s superb.

Floor is lovely and arrived on time, incredibly frustratingly however I was sent almost a third more than I ordered, which was not needed (otherwise I would have ordered it) and meant I was forced to try and cut a 3m straight line which I didn’t want to have to do and wouldn’t have needed to if I hadn’t been sent what I assume was an end of a roll that they couldn’t be bothered to cut. I was also ignored when I emailed to express disappointment.

The flooring itself is really nice. The texture and pattern are spot on. However, the roll they sent me was too short. I ordered 5m for a 4.8m room but this was cut to 4.4m so now i have an ugly join on an otherwise lovely floor. Contacted customer services didnt get a response though.
