When will my order arrive?
As part of our standard delivery service, we deliver all orders within 2-5 working days. Many of our deliveries are shipped next day. Once we receive your order, we will get in touch to arrange a convenient delivery date and if there is any likelihood of a delay or any other issue, we will contact you to discuss an alternative. We will not ship any goods until we have spoken to you about the delivery.
How much will my delivery cost?
Our standard delivery for Mainland UK and Eire is charged at £29.50, although exceptions can apply. We will deliver to non-mainland UK destinations with an additional surcharge.
Can I request a slot or Saturday delivery?
We have a timed delivery service available for an additional charge which allows you to choose your delivery slot. Saturday deliveries are also available if you place your order before 10am on Friday. Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.

What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

We wish to order approx 46 m2 of flooring in two different roll sizes but currently going through building works. I want to order the flooring but not get it delivered until nearer completion. I spoke to one of your representatives at the Hinckley branch who advised that i could get it ordered and then once you ring to arrange delivery i could request that you hold it until it's further required. Is this correct.?
If this is the case would the flooring be cut to size so that it cant be sold to other customers and would there be a charge for holding it until required? The flooring sample in the shop said check availability so i don't want to wait and then find out its no longer in stock!
Do you hold the stock yourself so that there is only one delivery charge?
