The Prestige Plus Arbor Oak Laminate Flooring offers a truly spectacular stand-out design. With an incredible antique feel, this floor has a highly distinctive, bevelled edge profile. The Plus range is designed with ultra-durability in mind which is why this floor comes with a 25-year warranty. This shows that it is capable of standing up to high levels of wear and tear. It blends a mixture of light, medium and dark brown tones to provide a beautifully contrasting look that really gives the room the wow factor.
It is possible to create a floating floor look during installation, but be aware that you will need to use underlay. It is also highly recommended that you leave an expansion gap to account for any potential changes in the wood throughout the year. The added durability of this floor is thanks to its 12mm depth. This also gives it a more solid and reliable feel underfoot.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Quality, price, look and ease of fitting, were all just right. Particularly pleased that the 12 packs of 6 sheets included 10 different ‘planks’ so with a little planning there were no obvious ‘ ‘repeats’ when laid. Delivery to the property can also be challenging, but no problems there either. Highly recommended.

We ordered our flooring, door thresholds and beading over the Internet, which was simple to do. Delivery was very quick. We had an issue with damage on two packs, but Karl was quick to sort the matter out. I think customer service here is brilliant and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Our floor looks exceptional and seems to be very hard-wearing and easy to keep clean too, which is a bonus .

There was a difficulty with one of the packs being damaged on one corner but got in touch immediately and they offered the replace straight away. Which was excellent. But they say you must inform immediately. This is not always possible. I only managed to catch driver because he seemed to be having a break. If this was not the case he would have left and I would not have been able to inform him. With regard to product. Very very good the easiest laminate I gave assembled and I have done many. And overall service was excellent. I have scored as 5 but if I had not been able to catch driver. This would not have been the case

Great boards but one box all the boards were damaged on one edge. The lounge looks great now and with the Xmas tree, it feels cosy.

Excellent quality of flooring, and it looks great down. Glad I took an extra pack due to a couple of mistakes in fitting.

The flooring went down really easily, and was very simple partly due to the 12mm thickness and quality of the laminate. The Arbor Oak looks beautiful, with rich colours blended on every plank and it is well textured giving it the look and feel of genuine wood. every visitor we've had has commented that they loved it. I can't believe it was such a great price and I will absolutely buy from here again.

We are very pleased with this laminate flooring, it is very thick and easy to lay due to the clicking system. It looks amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Good quality, looks great. However 5 out of 20 packs arrived damaged and I was unable to use them which left me short and re ordering 1 pack will cost an additional £29 in delivery costs. Not happy and spoilt the otherwise excellent product.

Boards look great and are a good quality. The decorators laying them found them really easy to use. The thickness makes a massive difference to the feel of my floors underfoot, it’s very nice. Delivery was efficient and the boards arrived in good condition.
