When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Exceptionally easy to lay even for a novice like me! Being 12mm thick and coupled with a decent underlay you don't get the creaking when walking on it that you do with cheaper products. Definitely worth the price paid.

All flooring arrived undamaged. Found it very easy to split/break connections at one end of the planks - never layed flooring before so maybe down to poor technique. Happy with new floor and appears the split/broken ends are not an issue.

Absolutely stunning product,i have only used cheap 7/8mm laminate in the past but this stuff is like solid wood flooring ,clicks together like a dream everyone thinks its wood.Had a few damaged boards but managed to work around.Be aware when planning your room that planks need to be slightly lifted to slide into previous row so have some glue on hand in case you need to fit under doors skirting etc ,just remove lip and glue

Love the colour with its grey tones and variations. My review is based in appearance alone as impossible to comment on quality or durability having only recently purchased and still in process of laying the floor but would recommend if anyone looking for an industrial look with natural grey tones
