When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

The staff was attentive and helpful and the goods were delivered on time but I was a little disappointed that prices had changed and the quote I was given was not honored so I had to pay a little bit more than originally planned.

Delivery quick and friendly, telephoned 30 mins before arriving at door. When warm (22.5°C) does not click together easily, have about half a millimetre leeway. Very brittle laminate, have to be very gentle when cutting & careful not to accidentally tread on the edges before fitting the next board - otherwise it breaks off. When cold (17.5°C) clicked together easily. The finish looks good. I would be hesitant to recommend this flooring, worried you might damage your reputation selling this.

Great service. I ordered a vast quantity of flooring from this supplier to lay all over within 8 apartments I built. I purchased one pack Short and due to their Covid restrictions they have been rather in co-operative in securing the one pack for purchase so that I know I will not need to mismatch the floor. I would have thought they could at least reserve the pack one I had purchased it then either delivered or collected one the coronavirus restrictions had been eased.

We are very pleased with the appearance of our new floor. However it has not yet been put to the wear test. You should ask for reviews in 12 months time.
laminated flooring was good value for money only problem was the delivery as I was told if I paid an additional £12,99 I could choose a morning for delivery only to receive a phone call later saying this was not possible even though I had arranged time off work for delivery . Had to make other arrangements at last min which was stressful and inconvenient
