When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Absolutely quality flooring. Ive had Karendean, ceramic tiles and laminate all at treble the price. This is by far the best flooring i have had. The herringbone is so classy and the different tones in the planks just make it more special. Not easy to put down but if you get the first triangles started and use a YouTube video to help you eventually get there. Service from company was excellent cannot fault them.

I have installed Prestige Herringbone 8mm laminate flooring in my living room and ground floor and it’s value for money quite unique, solid for what I need and I will recommend it to anyone considering it.

So happy with my floor, it looks amazing in my kitchen diner! It’s the perfect mix of grey/brown and oak and has so many different tones. It has had lots of compliments from family and friends. If I could upload a photo I would, but for the price of this floor I would definitely recommend and will be purchasing again when I do my office.

This flooring looks amazing and is of good quality. The only issue has been that the floor clicks and fizzes as I walk on it despite being fitted by experienced floor fitters. Am told this will settle down. Otherwise happy
