We know how important a flooring purchase can be, which is why we pride ourselves on providing a quick and professional delivery service to all our customers.
When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you'll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can't ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £39.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made 'kerb side' and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Managed to install myself and have no previous experience. Very easy to fit. First delivery was damaged so I refused it and received new delivery the next week with no damage. Great affordable flooring

Upon opening and fixing together I have found that out of 4 of the packs i have found bowed pieces I still have 12 packs to open but annoyed at the moment, but all in all nice flooring

how brilliant is this is laminate !!!!! absolutely brilliant .i am disabled but i gave my daughter instructions and she fitted the the whole eight boxes ,she has never fitted a laminate floor before. the floor(laminate) looked so good my neighbour had me order the same laminate for her . will definitely highly recommend the seller .dave ellison

I have ordered laminately online before from other stores, and the packaging was terrible, causing dents and chips across whole packs. These came on their own pallet with not a single bit of damage. Great price and delivered safely, would recommend.

I ordered 6 packs. Many of the panels had damage. The delivery was dropped off on a wood panel. I had to unpack and bring in by self. Driver was long gone so could not report any damage. A leaflet inside delivery says report faults to driver. How couldI do that??? The laminate its self is ok. Delivery process for checking for damage is very bad.
