Can I use underlay with this
Hi,
Yes you will need an underlay to install on top of - if it's a concrete subfloor, you need one with a moisture or vapour barrier - if its a wooden subfloor, the normal foam ones are fine to use.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Great service, but product not amazing. I laid 35sq/m and had quite a few warped and unusable boards in what was ordered. But, was well priced and certainly does the job!

Pretty easy to put down, and looks good when it's completed. Only problem was the delivery. It was sent out to be delivered on the Wednesday . But after lots of emails and phone calls from both direct Flooring and myself

Oh wow what a difference we had with this batch. The previous review was for the oak nature which was laid in our lounge, it was a nightmare task taken 3 days to complete. Although the end result was absolutely lovely. This misty grey which was laid in the downstairs hallway & continued through to the kitchen, went down like a dream. Every plank lock in together seamlessly, I love love love it. For a budget priced laminate it looks so expensive, my advice is don't just think about it, buy it you won't be disappointed...

Have just had this flooring installed as part of a garage renovation. I didn't personally installed the flooring but have been advised that it was easy to install and good quality. It looks fantastic and I am very happy with the overall result.
