As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.

How much will my delivery cost?

Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?

If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.

If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.

Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.

Absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend.

Great quality floor easy to lay. Fitted over concrete in the hall and plywood in the lounge. Floated and glued both floors and it looks amazing. Did not use the door strips or reducers as colour match was poor and they are very bulky. As this floor is so thick 20mm I was able to make a strip and it matches perfectly. Recommend this floor just watch out for the extra height 23+mm once finished.

Marion Thelwell Verified Buyer

My husband laid this flooring for our son and was so impressed with the quality and grain feature that we took up our lounge carpet and fitted it , then took up our wooden hall floor and put it through. It was very easy to put down and the finished floor has had lots of comments saying how good it looks.

Faina Rodzianko Verified Buyer

The floors have been installed and look great. A nice rustic look for our house in the countryside. Goes well with the age of the property without being too dark.

Jo Phillips Verified Buyer

Beautiful flooring - hasn't been laid yet but will look stunning on our bedroom.

Ask a question

Our experts will answer it

A couple of questions please:

- which product do you recommend for both maintenance and heavy cleaning? How about polishing?

- sadly our builders have left a lot of paint splatters on the brand new wooden floor. What stain do you recommend to match it? I fear we might have to sand some areas and stain again, unless you have better recommendations?

The flooring has a wax finish which can be retreated dependant n how much is affected, if there is a large area affected i would suggest finding a company to carry out a professional Job.

When laying the engineered wood flooring, do the skirting boards have to off the wall. Or can it be laid with skirting boards in place. Thanks.

For the best finish we would always suggest that skirting boards are removed but you can also use a scotia beading to cover the expansion.
