Description

White and grey flooring has become the number one choice for UK homeowners. So it’s not surprising this outstandingly beautiful Karndean Palio Pienza Clic Vinyl Tile Flooring has become a favourite with our customers. Featuring a warm, tranquil grey design, this floor offers a lot more than simple aesthetic benefits; it is also one of our most hard-wearing and technologically advanced floors on the market.

Due to how durable it actually is, the floor can be used in both commercial and domestic settings. If using in a commercial area, you are given a 12-year warranty. However, if installing in the home you receive an incredible lifetime warranty. This is largely thanks to the fact that every plank is coated with PUR treatment. So it is protected against both moisture and daily wear and tear.

The Karndean Palio Pienza is one of the most prestigious floors available. Get your free sample today or contact us to find out about our low bulk prices.

Delivery Details

We know how important a flooring purchase can be, which is why we pride ourselves on providing a quick and professional delivery service to all our customers.

When will my order arrive?

Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.

How much will my delivery cost?

For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £29.50. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.

Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?

If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.

If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.

Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.

What else do I need to do?

All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Order process was simple and the supplier kept me informed of my order delivery date that was reasonably quick. Would use again if required and recommend to others if the opportunity arose.

A fantastic flooring product that when laid looks exactly like the showroom photo. The service from factory direct flooring was also first class.

Brilliant flooring goes together well and looks good. Definitely use again.

Kevin Lewis Verified Buyer

Great product, well made and ideal for our kitchen flooring. Looks superb and easy to clean and maintain. lays similar to laminate flooring with a click system so no gluing required, cuts well with a stanley knife and I would definitely recommend.

Ask a question

Our experts will answer it

Reading from a supplier website on insulation of this product it suggests to glue when fitting, so what adhesive is required, do you recommend to fit without gluing? Either way is there any problems fitting with or without gluing?

Hi,

This product is a click vinyl so no adhesive is required. Below is a link to the installation guide.

Does Karndean Palio Pienza need any underlay? If so what do I need to purchase?

Hi,

It is not essential to use underlay with LVT products. We only supply 2 acoustic underlays, prolay and prolay extra silent. Those are the only two underlays we advise to use.

What is more important is the subfloor that you are installing onto, this should be smooth, solid and flat. For more information on this, please see the installation guide on the product page.

Can this be used on stairs?

You could use this product on stairs yes, although you would need to fully bond the planks to the stairs and use an appropriate stair nosing on the edge of the steps.
