This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.

The communication of Factory Direct Flooring was very poor and confusing. After I made online purchase there was someone called to confirm the order and told me about delivery options. I thought because I didn't ask for any special delivery they would just use standard delivery so hence I booked my builders based on that schedule. However they NEVER sent out the delivery!! And they never called to remind me or ask me about it! I found out one day before that the goods was still sitting in the warehouse! When I talked to the guy on the phone he told me that he could send it out for next day delivery, with a priority to arrive to me in the morning (I requested first thing in the morning but he said that was not guaranteed but in the morning is do-able). The the next day I had my builders came, we waited and waited but nothing arrived in the whole morning. I had to make phone calls to check the status every half an hour, their tone on the phone totally changed - they said there was no way to track the parcel, they never guaranteed any morning delivery, and the worst thing was that they refused to give me a rough estimated time slot for the arrival, which was only reasonable given my circumstances! At 3.30pm I had to release the builders as there was no way that they could do the work on the day! And guess what, the goods finally arrived at 5pm!!! I wasted a whole day and still had to pay one day wages to the builders!!! I communicated all these to their customer service people throughout the day but no one offered any constructive help or the slightest way of compensation!! It was rather unprofessional that they denied that the first guy ever talked to me about morning arrival time as they don't keep any phone recording! SO BEWARE, before you make purchase!

Flooring is very good and looks excellent. Only downside is that is must be handled carefully in transit as the edges or corners can break off easily. Out of 16 boxes I had 1 full box worth of broken tiles with damaged edging which I found when opening up the packaging.

Did some scratch tests and drop tests on a sample and the only problem was when I dropped a medium screwdriver vertically from 1.5 m was any damage sustained. Easy to lay although there is a knack to click in tiles once you get into the seconf row and beyond. Our toddler grandson has already found it much nicer to play on than the ceramic tiles is now covers.
The staff are always helpful to work through any queries.
Delighted with flooring would recommend intend to replace more rooms
Excellent product and service
Very pleased with the flooring. Design is really nice - nice and bright in my conservatory. I originally was going to have a tiled floor but my builder advised me against it as my conservatory has a suspended floor and tiles could crack. My builder laid it in a couple of hours. Very easy. The effect is as good as tiles - nice and warm to the feet, so that's a plus. Very pleased with service - delivery very quick. Thanks.
The flooring was very good quality, it has a lovely feel under-foot and is solid enough to cope with slight changes in floor level (although flatter is obviously better). It was a bit tricky to get the hang of how to lay it initially but once you've got the knack it's easy. Although not a cheap product I would say it is good value for money given the quality, comparing it to some of the other luxury vinyl products (eg. from your typical DIY highstreet retailers) it was much better quality for a very similar price. Factory Direct Flooring's price was very competitive indeed. I'm reallty pleased with how it looks and would highly recommend it.

Can you use a steam mop to clean the laminate described as water resistant?
Although the product is water resistant, we do not recommend the use of steam mops on these products.
