Frequently Bought With
The traditionally designed Karndean Palio Montieri Clic Vinyl Plank Flooring is more than meets the eye. This may look like your standard laminate floor, but in fact it is created from high quality, luxury vinyl. It is also backed by several impressive technologies which help to make it one of the longest-lasting floors on the market. The water resistant panels are suitable for installation in moisture-rich parts of the home. A PUR treatment has also been included to resist damage caused by everyday wear and tear.
The 10 planks included in each box measure 1220mm long, 179mm wide and 4.5mm deep. They have been slip resistant R10 rated and are extremely easy to keep clean. An unusual square edge profile gives the floor a unique look compared to standard vinyl and click installation is also a great benefit.

Ask a question
Our experts will answer it
Your underfloor information states that the heating pipes should be 30 mm below sub floor I am using a variotherm overlay board underfloor heating system which has the pipes within the grooved board then a levelling fill compound to surround the pipes and level the surface
The vinyl will lay directly on to board or could use a recommend underlay
Is your flooring compatible with this system and if not can you recommend a vinyl click that is
As long as the guidelines in the installation document are followed and you ensure that any heating pipes are 30mm below and they are not in contact with the product and also that the surface temperature is within the guidelines mentioned and the system is fully commissioned before the flooring is installed you shouldn't have a problem. You can only use an acoustic underlay with the LVT and there would be no benefit to have that over underfloor heating. All of our LVT products are fine to use with underfloor heating ( wet systems are recommended ) but the information regarding temperature and heating elements distance from the product is very important.

Should I use an underlay under Kanrdean vinyl click flooring?
Thee is only 1 type of underlay that is recommended with the click vinyl products and that is currently the prolay underlay that we supply.
