The Engrave smoke grey luxury vinyl plank flooring has an incredible, heavily textured finish for a truly authentic look. Giving both the practical and low-cost benefits of vinyl, with the aesthetic benefits of laminate, this extraordinary floor provides the best of both worlds. It’s much thicker than your average vinyl, which further enhances its real wood effect. It also means this floor is more durable than sheet vinyl. In fact, it comes with a 7-year warranty.
Luxury vinyl is supplied in either planks or tiles, rather than in sheet or roll profile. This makes it slightly trickier to install, but it also offers a higher quality finish. Each box contains 22 planks, though you can also find out about our bulk packs if you want to cover an especially large room. Planks measure 1200mm in length, 180mm in width and 2mm in depth with a 0.3mm wear layer.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you'll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can't ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.

What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made 'kerb side' and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.
