When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £34.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Very pleased with the result when laid. It was thinner than my previous purchase, but that was my fault and as it was for the bedroom, there is not much footfall.

Very happy with our product. It looks and feels good, and wasn't too difficult to fit in the bathroom ourselves. We were slightly annoyed we had booked a specific day for it to be delivered, but it didn't turn up nor be notified about it or the reason why. We called the next day and spoke with someone who was apologetic and helpful. Had it delivered 2 days after our scheduled delivery but our delivery cost was refunded back to us.

For the price it’s brilliant. However it’s very thin and easy to rip when laying the floor. I would definitely recommend it

Flooring was super cheap for a full kitchen measuring 4m x 3m - so I was very skeptical as to the quality of the flooring but it was amazing. My kitchen looks so much better and fresher and the flooring is super soft to walk on. The floor does not go sticky, or slippery when wet. Would highly recommend.

Quick delivery Great quality flooring very flexible and easy to lay Definitely recommended Only one criticism we ordered two separate rolls within 1/2 meter of each other but they didn’t have the dimensions on them so consequently the one I want to lay first was the incorrect piece

Fast delivery, slight damage on arrival, the flooring isn't the most durable , Marks easily and pits and Dents with furniture, suppose you get what you pay for , cant see it lasting very long especially if you have a dog
