The high-end Eaton Golden Oak Brushed Matt Lacquer 18mm Engineered Flooring is available at a ridiculously low price. Designed with maximum durability in mind, the brushed matt lacquer finish adds a tough, scratch resistant surface to each plank. The floor benefits from both dark and medium tones, giving it a more relaxing and warm design. A very subtle distressed look is also added to give it more of a rustic style. This beautiful floor is guaranteed to last at least 25 years.
When it comes to installation, you’ll find it a breeze thanks to the tongue and groove system. Each 125mm wide, 18mm thick plank will slot quickly and easily together. Though it does benefit from a great texture finish, the nature grade materials used create fewer imperfections such as sapwood and knots.

Hi there
We are looking at this flooring to lay on ground floor of our house - some of the floor underneath with be original floorboards and some is concrete - would you recommend laying an underlay throughout first?

Hi,
You will need to use an underlay yes - for concrete subfloors you will need to have one with a moisture / vapour barrier such as our underlay supreme, woodtex or pro gold.
For any wooden areas you can use just a normal foam underlay such as our budget underlay.

Hi very intrested in this flooring, I am going to be laying it on a wooden subfloor, can I lay it on top of the underlay you are selling and not bother with using adhesive or the nailing method? Regards, Jon
Hi,
Yes you can use the pre glued underlay although we still recommend using adhesive in the header joints ( end of the planks ) As this is a T & G product it cannot be floated it has to be fully bonded or nailed to the subfloor. When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

The wood flooring is top notch, the customer service from Karl is second to none, he is a credit to the company for his care and consideration and clear desire to help the customer. Sadly, his manager, Alex - in my opinion - is the rudest and cold, condescending person anyone could ever have the misfortune to speak to. He should have gone into politics as he refuses to give a straight answer and is incapable of saying yes or no, his only interest is in making you the customer, feel that you are wrong and that no matter what you say, he couldnt care less. He doesnt seem to realise or want to accept that they are misrepresenting their product - its called false advertising - when they say that their accessories are "as floor colour" that is what they should be. his take in it, is that,even though you pay extra for that, you dont get that - you get a "generic" colour that is not at all "as floor colour". Enough said - I am sure you can understand.

Very happy with my floor. Delivery was prompt. Only minor grip was the pallet used to carry my floor was a badly hand built pallet. Delivery driver struggled to off load. I would use this company again.
Seems to be very, very good quality engineered wood on solid ply, nice colour too.
