Forge from Chic parquet presents as a more weathered plank with a little more character contained in the grain pattern, this look would take years to develop naturally so having a look isn’t that easy to come by so having it in an easy to maintain glue down LVT is a great alternative. Planks are 101.6mm wide and 609.6mm long each boxes contains 54 pieces and can cover up to 3.34m2. To make sure your floor last the test of time Chic are providing a 15 year commercial warranty, possibly one of the longest industrial guarantees we offer and add a further 5 making it 20 years for domestic customers so be assured of this floors durability. The surface is R10 slip resistant and also PU coated to offer anti scratch properties which is a lot going on so they gave it a 0.55mm wear layer. Our sampling team are ready and waiting to get this floor out to you and we send samples on a daily basis so don’t delay there is no alternative for a hands on inspection.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £34.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.

What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.
