Aquastep Waterproof Laminate Flooring Sutter Oak V-Groove is 100% waterproof and offers 0% swelling in any atmospheric conditions, making it suitable for use in kitchens, bathrooms and cellars. This is also a popular flooring for commercial environments like restaurants and shops, as it is very easy to maintain, with only soap and water required to keep it clean.

It can be fitted over underfloor heating and can also be installed over damp concrete if you are fitting flooring in a hurry. The ‘Uniclic’ jointing system means it couldn’t be simpler to install your new floor, whilst its lack of expansion means it can be fitted from room to room without the need for door profiles, allowing for that perfect seamless finish. Finally, this laminate flooring carries the AC4 heavy domestic rating and has a durable resin wear layer, meaning it will look good for many years to come.

When will my order arrive?

Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.

How much will my delivery cost?

For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £29.50. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.

Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?

If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.

If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.

Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.

What else do I need to do?

All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

This is an excellent product; it is reasonably easy to fit and looks very professional when laid. Totally waterproof - have it in bathroom and now hallway. More expensive than alternative products but outlasts the rest in every respect.

We purchased this flooring for an ensuite bathroom in an old cottage and wanted something that would be in keeping with the original features of the building whilst at the same time being clean, modern and functional. The flooring looks absolutely superb in situ and fits the bill perfectly. It was an excellent price and the finish is superb- we think it was excellent value for money.

Suzanne Caldwell Verified Buyer

This looks and feels great. Absolutely delighted with it. And a really good price too. Am now thinking of doing the kitchen and utility room too.
