A very good quality product and one of the best customer service experiences I've had. First class communication throughout with questions answered 'by return'. And the delivery driver went out of his way to ensure all went smoothly. A brilliant supplier I can recommend very highly.

I understand this flooring is not suitable fitted with an underlay. I wish to lay it on a level dry concrete floor in a downstairs bathroom and would like to use some form of heat insulation under the vinyl as it is a cold floor. What do you recommend other than underfloor heating to provide some sort of heat insulation?
There is only the 1 underlay that we supply with the LVT products and that is the prolay underlay, this is only an acoustic underlay so it doesn't have nay thermal insulation qualities, this is the only underlay suitable to use

Can this type of flooring be used on stairs?
We are looking to re-do the communal stair well in a building of 9 flats 3 floors.
Yes you can install the product on stairs but we would recommend that the product is fully bonded to the stairs and also that a metal stair nosing is used on the edges of the steps.
You can purchase metal stair nosing's from companies such as Quantum or Gradus.
I hope this helps, if you need any further advice on this or anything else - feel free to call our customer service team on 0330 100 0015

Hi if this flooring is used in a bathroom can you fit electric underfloor heating ?
Yes, this product is fine in a bathroom and suitable for under floor heating as long as the correct barrier is used between the tiles and the subfloor.
