With its registered embossed surface, the Aqua Plank Ultra Pewter Oak 5G click vinyl flooring is a beautiful yet tough flooring solution. Suitable for commercial as well as domestic installations, the floor is built with a stone plastic composite for maximum stability. Its surface is also protected by a urethane coating, making it highly resistant against wear and tear and micro scratches. Thanks to its water-resistant design, this floor can be installed in every room of the home, including the bathroom.
Our great value packs include eight planks, measuring 180mm wide, 1220mm long and 4.5mm deep. A 0.55mm wear layer further boosts the floor’s wear and tear resistance helping to make it one of the toughest vinyl’s out there. You can install it with underfloor heating, and you’ll find it naturally warmer and more comfortable than real wood flooring. Tiny ceramic particles are added to the surface to improve its grip, making it a safe floor to install in particularly busy environments.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

After receiving the free samples we bought the vinyl flooring. It was an easy process online and within an hour we received a call from Factory Direct Flooring to confirm the purchase arrange a delivery day and explain all the T&Cs. The delivery was made on schedule and with everything as it should be condition wise. Really pleased with the flooring and the fantastic service. Well recommended.
