Introducing the stunning Aqua Plank Ultra Original Oak 5G click vinyl flooring. This scratch-resistant floor is one of the toughest on the market, while benefitting from a realistic wooden effect. The surface of the floor is urethane coated and is registered embossed to perfectly mimic real wood. Unlike real wood however, this floor is easy to maintain, warm and it’s even a lot more durable too. Each plank has been individually water resistance treated to ensure it’s suitable for installation in any room.
The floor is suitable for both domestic and commercial use. It’s planks measure 180mm wide, 1220mm long and 4.5mm deep with a 0.55mm wear layer. They’re fitted with a great 5G click system, guaranteeing speedy and simplistic installation. They feature a stone plastic composite construction with LVT surface which reduces internal expansion by 3-5mm. You can install the floor with underfloor heating, just ensure your system is compatible beforehand.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you'll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can't ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made 'kerb side' and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Two things, the colour of flooring was much darker than advertised pictures indicated : plus when I asked to increase on order we were told was different price plus we would have to pay another delivery charge

We are very pleased with this product. It is not slippery and it looks really good. We are thinking of installing it on a bigger surface and the person who installed it wants to use it in his own house now! We ordered this product online and the whole process went very smoothly.

Extremely easy to lay. Very hard wearing water resistant stable flooring. Realistic wood effect and texture. Excellent 20 year domestic warranty. Need to use a good saw (preferably a jigsaw) as the flooring is dense and quite hard on saw blades!
