Do you need an underlay with this flooring or is it built into planks
Hi,
this one doesnt have intigrated underlay so we would advise to use the prolay LVT underlay with this.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £19.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.

Really nice and easy to install. For straight cuts, you can just use a Stanley knife, cut a line on top layer, flip, put knee to hold and pull up. The tile snaps with a clean line. Awkward fitting around the door frame is easier due to slight flex in the tiles. The clicking mechanism is very smooth, always perfect fit, if you follow instructions on the box. Tapping hammer and block recommended to close those hair lines gaps. You won't be disappointed.

Flooring arrived in good condition and looks great when layed used underlay under flooring which helps floor to keep warm.
