It’s made with a stone plastic composite to give it an ultra-durable design and each tile is fully water resistant, making it suitable for installation in any room. Its enhanced durability also means it can be installed in commercial settings as well as within the home.
The packs supplied come with eight planks, each measuring 180mm wide, 1220mm long and 4.5mm deep. This is much thicker than traditional vinyl flooring and it also includes an impressive 0.55mm wear layer. No matter how much daily wear and tear it’s exposed to, it will prove no match for this tough floor. You can improve its comfort in the colder months by installing it alongside underfloor heating. Hi, we have around 70m2 to do, most of which is onto floorboards, however around 15m2 is on concrete so will need some insulation, what do you recommend please ? Thanks Jay
Hi,
We only recommend use of the prolay underlay for LVT products to be installed onto, this is fine for wooden and concrete subfloors.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery provides orders to your door within 2-5 working days. As we want to ensure you’ll be available to receive the delivery in person we will contact you to discuss a time and date that is most convenient for you. This means we can’t ship any items out until we have spoken to you to confirm a date. Should there be any issues or delays likely for any reason, we will arrange an alternative date with you. Our priority is providing you with your flooring solution as quickly as possible at a time that suits you best.
How much will my delivery cost?
For Mainland UK standard delivery costs £34.99 for vinyl rolls and £34.99 for flooring packs. Additional charges will be applied for deliveries outside Mainland UK including Eire.
Can I choose a specific slot or a Saturday delivery?
If you need to receive your delivery within a tight timeframe, you can request for your flooring to be delivered at a specific time. This will incur a surcharge of £20, and is advised for those who will not be able to dedicate a full day to wait in for delivery. You can also request a morning delivery which has a surcharge of £12.50.
If you place your order any time throughout the week before 10am on Friday you can also choose to have a Saturday delivery slot. There is also a surcharge of £42.50 for this service.
Please note: Some services may be unavailable in certain parts of the country. All delivery prices displayed include Vat unless otherwise stated.
What else do I need to do?
All deliveries are made ‘kerb side’ and we recommend arranging adequate help to off load your goods if you are unable to manage the flooring yourself. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.
